Customer Service Policy
My aim is to make Knitstation.com the easiest and must trusted on-line place to buy hand-knitting wool, yarns, patterns and accessories. My customer service policy is:
- 1. Orders received by noon will be dispatched same day by First Class post if the goods are in stock. During postal strikes, goods can be delivered to a shop close to you for you to collect.
- 2. If goods are out of stock which happens occasionally, I will contact you by phone or email right away and ask if you would like to wait while we re-order.
